Call for Abstracts - Deadline for poster abstracts is June 15, 2007

Meeting participants are encouraged to present their work by submitting abstracts covering all aspects of molecular recognition and affinity technology.  Abstracts will be accepted for poster or oral (limited) presentations. 

Please follow instructions for Abstract submission. Once your abstract is submitted, you will be returned to the Affinity 2007 homepage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

Your participation at the ISMR Affinity 2007 symposium is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated. Poster abstracts will be acknowledged upon submission of the Abstract registration form. The deadline for poster abstracts is June 15, 2007 or until capacity is filled. Late submissions will be considered on a case by case basis.

Poster Set-up/Presentation Times
The designated time for poster set-up is between Sunday, July 8 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and Monday, July 9 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. All posters will be posted for the entire duration of the Affinity conference. Please refer to the scientific program for the day and time of your presentation.

Poster Board Size
Poster dimensions are to be contained within given board space (4 feet high x 5 feet wide). Abstract numbers will be located on the upper left corner of the poster board. Please plan accordingly if presenter intends to place a reprint request envelope on board. Push pins will be provided for poster posting.

Poster Preparation
Title banner - Should minimally include title, authors and address within 4 ft. of width. Lettering should be at least 1" high.

Type - A minimum letter size of 14 point (Arial) is recommended. Larger sizes should be used for headings. Labels should use type at least 18 points high.
